ERPLAST : As-tu atteint les objectifs que tu t’es fixé ?
Mon objectif pour cette régate était de travailler mes départs et le cadrage de la flotte. Je suis très fière de mes départs compte tenu des nombreux bateaux sur la ligne. J’ai eu une UFD qui aurait pu être évitée. Une régate très sportive avec beaucoup de vent.
ERPLAST : Did you achieve the target you set yourself?
My objective for this regatta was to work on my starts and the framing of the fleet. I’m very proud of my start, especially with so many people on the line, despite a UFD that could have been avoided. A very intense regatta with lots of wind. I hope that all this work will pay for the next CIP, which is just around the corner.
ERPLAST : Quel a été ton “moment ERPLAST” ?
Mon moment ERPLAST a été dimanche matin quand je suis sortie du port avec tout mon club en tète de la flotte. Tous les zodiacs qui attendaient leurs coureurs nous regardaient et ne voyaient que des voiles FRA. Notre motivation pour gagner était au top.
ERPLAST : What has been your “ERPLAST time”?
My Erplast time was on Sunday early morning when my club and I went out of the harbor in first position. All the zodiacs that were looking for their sailors looked at us and saw only FRA sails. Our motivation to win was at the top.
ERPLAST : As-tu une anecdote à nous raconter au sujet de cette régate ?
Il n’y avait pas beaucoup de profondeur car on naviguait sur le lac de Grevelingen. Nous devions éviter les arbres qui dépassaient à la surface de l’eau. En pleine régate il fallait bien regarder autour de nous pour ne pas entrer en collision avec un arbre ce qui aurait abimé mon joli bateau.
ERPLAST : Do you have a particular story to tell us that happened at this event?
There wasn’t much depth because we were sailing on the lake Grevelingen. We had to avoid the trees that emerged on the surface. So during the regatta we had to look carefully at the trees to avoid collisions which would have damaged my beautiful boat.

ERPLAST : As-tu atteint les objectifs que tu t’es fixé ?
Petit retour de deux semaines de stages en Martinique.
ERPLAST : Did you achieve the target you set yourself?
A little feedback after two weeks of training in Martinique.
ERPLAST : Quel a été ton “moment ERPLAST” ?
Au total 11 jours de navigation dans 20 à 25 nœuds de vent sauf le dernier jour environ 10 noeuds. De longues séances de 7 heure de navigation avec de très long bords qui m’ont permis de travailler le physique, le mental et mon placement dans mon bateau. Un plan d’eau magnifique avec l’eau chaude et le soleil qui ont accéléré ma progression dans le vent et revenir au taquet sur les prochaines régates qui vont vite arriver.
ERPLAST : What has been your “ERPLAST time”?
I spent 11 days of sailing in 20 to 25 knots, except the last day around 10 knots. Long sessions of 7 hours of navigation with long tacks which allowed me to work on my body, mind and my placement in my boat. A magnificent stretch of water with warm water and sunshine which allowed me to progress in the wind and be able to get back on track in the next regattas which will soon arrive.
ERPLAST : As-tu une anecdote à nous raconter au sujet de cette régate ?
J’ai pu également profiter durant le week-end de la baignade et pu admirer les poissons et les tortues, manger de délicieuses spécialités des Antilles. Maintenant on rentre en métropole dans le froid. Direction St Quay pour une régate de Ligue de Bretagne, ce week-end.
ERPLAST : Do you have a particular story to tell us that happened at this event?
I was able to take advantage of it on the swimming weekend. I saw fishes and turtles and ate delicious tropical meals. Now back to France in the cold and this weekend we are heading to St Quay.

ERPLAST : As-tu atteint les objectifs que tu t’es fixé ?
Mon objectif était de me qualifier pour le rond or de la CIP, qui aura lieu à la Rochelle en 2024, objectif atteint car je me classe parmi les 15 premières filles.
ERPLAST : Did you achieve the target you set yourself?
My goal was to qualify for the gold fleet of CIP 2024 that will take place in La Rochelle in 2024. I achieved my goal, I ranked among the first 15 girls of the regatta.
ERPLAST : Quel a été ton “moment ERPLAST” ?
Mon moment ERPLAST a été quand JC m’a donné le sweat de la Team ERPLAST et que nous avons fait les photos. J’ai pu faire connaissance de tous les membres de l’équipe. Je suis très heureuse de faire partie de cette équipe et j’ai hâte de naviguer avec eux sur les prochaines régates.
ERPLAST : What has been your “ERPLAST time”?
My ERPLAST time was when JC gave me the sweat of the Erplast team and we took pictures. I got to know the team members. I am very happy to be part of this team and I am looking forward to the next occasion to sail altogether!
ERPLAST : As-tu une anecdote à nous raconter au sujet de cette régate ?
Il a fait tellement beau et chaud toute la semaine de régates au Cap d’Agde que quand je suis rentrée en bretagne j’étais toute bronzée et j’avais la marque de mes lunettes de soleil! Ce n’était pas les mêmes conditions en Bretagne, la tempête Ciaran a fait de gros dégâts.
ERPLAST : Do you have a particular story to tell us that happened at this event?
The weather was so nice and warm throughout the regatta that when I returned to Brittany afterward I was all tanned and I had the mark of my sunglasses! It was not the same conditions in Brittany, Ciaran storm caused great damage.

ERPLAST : As-tu atteint les objectifs que tu t’es fixé ?
Oui, je voulais faire dans le top 15, je suis arrivée 7ème et première fille malgré les conditions : pas de vent et beaucoup de courant. Nous n’avons pas pu faire de manche samedi, dimanche je n’avais pas le droit à l’erreur.
ERPLAST : Did you achieve the target you set yourself?
Yes, my goal was to finish in the top 15 and I finished 7th and first girl despite the weak wind and a lot of tide. Saturday, we didn’t race because of the weather, I couldn’t afford to make any mistake on Sunday.
ERPLAST : Quel a été ton “moment ERPLAST” ?
Mon moment ERPLAST a été quand nous avons parlé à terre avec un organisateur de la régate parce que nous attendions que la mer monte car les zodiacs étaient échoués sur la vase. Il nous a appris à siffler sans sifflet
ERPLAST : What has been your “ERPLAST time”?
It was when we discussed ashore with a regatta organizing committee member while we were waiting for the sea level to rise because the zodiacs were grounded on the mud. He taught us how to whistle without whistle.
ERPLAST : As-tu une anecdote à nous raconter au sujet de cette régate ?
Dans le port il y avait beaucoup de phoques, on voyait des petites têtes dépasser et plonger dans l’eau. Je n’ai pas pu en toucher, ils avaient tous peur de mon bateau.
ERPLAST : Do you have a particular story to tell us that happened at this event?
In the port there were a lot of seals, we could see small heads emerging and diving in the water. I couldn’t touch them, they were all afraid of my boat.

ERPLAST : As-tu atteint les objectifs que tu t’es fixé ?
Je n’avais pas d’objectif pour cette régate. Je voulais surtout progresser et reprendre mes marques
pour cette nouvelle saison. J’ai pu découvrir un nouveau paysage et d’autre concurrents que des
français.
ERPLAST : Did you achieve the target you set yourself?
I didn’t have a goal for this regatta. I wanted to progress and to ease back into the sport for this new
year. I discovered a new landscape et competitors other than French.
ERPLAST : Quel a été ton “moment ERPLAST” ?
Mon moment ERPLAST a été quand j’ai mis mon bateau pour la première fois dans l’eau et pouvoir
naviguer avec. J’étais trop contente et très fière. Il était super beau.
ERPLAST : What has been your “ERPLAST time”?
My ERPLAST time was when I put my boat for the first time on the water et sailed with him. I was very
happy and proud. It is really beautiful.
ERPLAST : As-tu une anecdote à nous raconter au sujet de cette régate ?
Mon anecdote était quand je suis passée en 3ème position à la bouée au vent. Devant moi il y avait
deux autres français. C’était très drôle car les 3 premiers étaient des français. A la première manche du premier jour, j’étais tellement pressée de tester mon nouveau bateau que j’ai grillé le départ. Le FUGU ERPLAST va si vite !!!
ERPLAST : Do you have a particular story to tell us that happened at this event?
My story was when I passed the first mark in third position. Before me there were two others French.
It was cool because the 3 first sailors were French. At the first race of the first day, I was so excited to use my boat that I crossed the line before the start. The FUGU ERPLAST is so fast!!!
